ABOUT US
	Persaud & Nunez has committed a large portion of the firm to specifically handle the local needs of Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe businesses and Condominium Associations. As a full service Law Firm, the firm advises companies and Community Associations in all facets of their operations. The following represents a summary of our backgrounds. Naturally you are encouraged to meet with us personally to discuss our qualifications.
	Samuel A. Persaud, Partner - sp@persaudlaw.net Samuel A. Persaud graduated with high honors and received his B.A. in Accounting from Florida International University in 1987. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude in 1991. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1991, was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992, and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida in 1993. Mr. Persaud has served as the senior accountant with a public accounting firm and practices in the areas of: Commercial Litigation; Community Association Law; Creditor's Rights Law; Real Estate; and Estate Planning. Mr. Persaud has written numerous articles and contributed to several Community Association newsletters and publications. Mr. Persaud is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and the Coral Gables Bar Association. Mr. Persaud is also the past President of the Ocean Reef Chamber of Commerce.
	Stuart J. Nunez, Partner - snunez@persaudlaw.net Stuart J. Nunez attended Florida International University were he received his B.S. in Social Studies Education in 1996. He than worked for Miami-Dade County Public Schools as a Social Studies teacher from 1996-1998. Thereafter, he attended the University of Miami School of Law were he received his J.D. in 2001. Mr. Nunez is a member of the Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association and Coral Gables Bar Association and practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Community Association Law, Real Estate, Landlord/Tenant and Estate Planning.
